At SDA Homes & Services Pty Ltd, our team is the heart of everything we do. As a registered NDIS provider, we are proud to have built a multidisciplinary team of professionals who are passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality, and outcome-focused supports across all areas of the NDIS.

Our staff includes

Support Coordinators

Skilled in navigating the NDIS system, our coordinators work alongside participants to connect them with the right supports, build capacity, and achieve their goals.

Disability Support Workers

Compassionate, reliable, and highly trained, our support workers deliver personalised assistance with daily living, community participation, and personal care.

Allied Health Professionals

Including Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Personal/Physical Trainers, our clinicians work collaboratively to improve functional capacity and enhance quality of life.

Accommodation and Housing Specialists

Experts in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), our team ensures safe, accessible, and purpose-built housing solutions tailored to each participant's needs and NDIS plan.

Our Commitment

Each member of our team undergoes rigorous screening, holds relevant industry certifications, and participates in ongoing professional development in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
